Returns & Exchanges

Custom Items:

All custom items are printed to the requests of the order. We will refund/replace custom orders if the item is printed by error at fault of the printer. It is the consumer's responsibility to provide 570 Creative with correct spellings, sizes, etc.

Missing Items:

Items missing from received orders will be re-sent as soon as possible to the purchaser. Items missing after provided to carrier such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc will be handled through the aforementioned carrier's lost package claim policy. Once package is declared lost by the carrier and their insurance process is processed, we will re-print and re-ship orders.
