570 Creative Returns & Exchanges Policy

Custom Items

All custom items are printed according to the specifications provided at the time of order. Refunds or replacements will only be issued if an error occurs due to printer fault (e.g., incorrect spelling, design, or product type). Customers are solely responsible for providing correct details—including spelling, garment size, and design specifications—at the time of ordering. 570 Creative is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

Sizing Issues

570 Creative is not liable for garments ordered in incorrect sizes. Please refer to our size chart or contact us with questions before submitting your order. Once an order has entered production, we cannot make changes. Customers wishing to reorder due to size issues will be responsible for the cost of the new item.

Incorrect Shipping or Billing Addresses

570 Creative is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided during checkout, whether by manual entry or through digital wallet auto-fill (e.g., Apple Pay, PayPal, Venmo). If an order is returned due to an undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for paying additional shipping fees for re-delivery. If the item is delivered to an incorrect address, it is the customer’s responsibility to retrieve it or place a new order.

Refund Policy

Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances outside of printer error. Replacements may be issued as outlined above.

Missing Items

If an item is missing from a package upon delivery, we will promptly ship the missing item at no cost. For orders marked as delivered but not received, or for packages lost in transit, customers must file a claim with the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx). Once the carrier declares the package lost and their claims process is completed, 570 Creative will re-print and ship the affected item(s) at no additional cost.
